The Diva Challenge, Scrapbook Style

I have been having a blast working on our Alaska cruise pictures and learning all kinds of interesting tips and tricks for working with textures in Photoshop. Birdie told me today that she doesn’t understand how I can spend so much time on the computer.  She understands the liking to make pretty things, but she only likes working in the physical world using actual paint and canvas and pens and stamps and such.  I like that too, but I don’t limit myself that way 🙂 The effects I can create with Photoshop provide both instant gratification and hours of variety.  I guess I’m still amazed at what my computer can do since I started out doing graphics in the dark ages when each pixel had to be set one at a time.

So, combining both, here is this week’s Diva challenge, scrapbook style, using my original “digital paper and clip.”

Diva scrapbook
Tangles used: flux, echoism, and botched versions of sankegg, batllo, and sannibelle.

I am excited to be featured on Write*Click*Scrapbook this week.  If you are a tangler and also a memory keeper, check out my article over there.

If you are visiting my blog for the first time, welcome.  Thanks for stopping by.

  1. Thanks, everyone. I don't know why I didn't think about combining scrapbook and Zentangle before, but I think that is becoming my new favorite thing.
