Aristotle Was Wrong…

Aristotle said, “The whole is more than the sum of its parts.” Mr. Spock may agree, but he hasn’t seen my entry in this week’s Diva Challenge. I love almost all of the parts of this tile.

I must admit that I like the parts very well. The whole? Well, not so much.

See what I mean? I think there is just too muh going on.

Speaking of “parts,” here is another preview of Made in the Shade, the Table of Contents. Made in the Shade Book 2 5 (function() { var scribd = document.createElement(“script”); scribd.type = “text/javascript”; scribd.async = true; scribd.src = “http://www.scribd.com/javascripts/embed_code/inject.js”; var s = document.getElementsByTagName(“script”)[0]; s.parentNode.insertBefore(scribd, s); })();

  1. Thank you. If I was the type to re-do a tangle, I would like to take the parts and spread them out over at least a 5×7 paper so they have "room to breathe." It was fun to do though.

  2. Not sure where to post this comment, but . . . took a look at your proposed book. It looks great! Wonderful topic and looks like lots of good details! Our local group struggles with shading, most of us do not use it much. I look forward to the release of this – sounds like it will be a great help to us! Best wishes with the publishing and distribution of this! Catherine of Alphabeetangles
