Zentangle: Renaissance tiles

Renaissance Revisited – Zentangle Inspiration

I have been playing with title ideas and tan tiles. I think this book is going to be really beautiful. Some talented artists have given me permission to include some of their art! So exciting.

So, here is this week’s Diva challenge, using a Renaissance tile, of course. I really enjoyed working with these tangles. Thanks, Laura.

If you have an title ideas, please share. I am open to suggestions!

  1. The interweaving, shadowing & hollibaughing all give such depth not to mention the sheer beauty of the linework.
A few titles spring to mind: Renaissance Revolution, Renaissance TANgles, A Tangled Renaissance………

    1. It depends on whether you are tangling for relaxation or with the intention of making art. I probably wouldn’t start someone on Renaissance because there are a few more skills needed, and I like my students to have a firm foundation first. It is not very zen when you have to learn so much at once, but the skills are easy to learn.
