If you are not a tangler, it may surprise you at just how good you feel when you tangle. People have reported that they are less stressed, fall asleep more easily, and manage pain better to name a few. For participating in such a simple and fun activity, you may reap powerful benefits.

Stress can negatively impact the health of your brain and nerves, muscles and joints, heart, stomach, pancreas, intestines, and reproductive system![source: medicine net] My mom told me that they taught her in nursing school that all disease is the result of stress, whether physical or mental.
